won't start/will start 200 1991

Car wouldn't start this am (about 32 degrees and dry). Came home this afternoon(about 50 degrees and misting) and it started right up. First though is fuel pump relay (did not listen for relay or pump this am, had to get going). Had this problem with a 760 previously (would not start when it cooled down, however started right up after the day warmed up). Anyway, a simple question, where are the relays located in the 240? It did, for a split second, stumble a couple of time prviously while driving on different occassions. TIA
