COOLANT LEAK 200 1993

Good day all, I have a coolant leak somewhere, nothing is on the ground so I suspect it may be leaking through the headgasket to the engine block. I have to fill the reservoir every few weeks. Also, there is a clicking when the engine is running, like value slap. I had a similiar coolant leak on my 940, but I could see where it was leaking from the headgasket. Any suggestions on where the coolant could be going to. Thanks in advance.
