Fuel filter fittings 140-160 1974

The bosch fuel filter for the CIS B20F engine has been superceded since my last replacement. The part number ending in "062" has been replaced with "021". Trouble is, the inlet side of the cartridge is a smaller diameter than the old one. Has anyone found a good source for getting the new size fitting, or getting an adapter (reducer) for the old one? Everyone can sell me the filter, but no one has the new fitting!
