Dome light 700 1990

Ok my dome light has recently decided not to turn off. i have to turn it off manualy by the switch. The fron lights work great, but the rear light only works if it rains, or just when it wants to. I also noticed that the delay light on it doesnt work either. do i just need a new dome light? If so where can i find one cheap? The delay also doent work on the ignition light.
