windshield wiper post sealing bushing + reverse light lens replacement 200 1985

2 ?'s

1) Need to seal bushing to wiper blade post gap. Silicone or whatever? Bushing leaking/dripping onto carpet. Bushing's seated correctly in body hole and I've sealed the bushing outside to body hole already.

2)have the replacement backup light lense/what's best to glue it in place with? Maybe model glue or one of the 2 part epoxies for plastic?
