89 240 spark plugs 200

What is a good spark plug to use on an N/A 89 b230f?

When I did my first tune up, I thought I'd throw in some bosch platniums. I understand these motors like a good ol' copper plug the best. 50,000km+ later I'm getting a bit of a funny idle at cold, so it's time for a tune up.

Most use NGK coppers, but which model/heat range am I looking for?

Suggestions?
