Canadian B230ft camshaft 200

I just had the severely warped head on my 93 240 replaced with a used head from a b230ft. I asked the mechanic about the camshafts and he insisted they were the same. I was not sure where the markings were so I didn't check. From what I can find on the internet I think I have probably have a T cam. The engine is behaving very different, but that could be as a result of the major leaks between al 4 cylinders.

If I do have a t cam what is this going to do to my fuel economy/drivability?
