Sears WeatherWise Michelins ??

Does anybody have any feedback on the Michelin WeatherWise tires sold by Sears? An independent Michelin dealer told me today that they are lower quality than other Michelin tires. He said the tires Michelin makes for Sears and Costco and other big chain stores are lower grade tires, and that regular Michelin dealers won't be able to back-up the road hazard guarantee or make adjustments should a tire be faulty out on the road. Can anyone enlighten me on this?
