Thanks everyone who helped me with the last headlight burnt relay problem.

Now I have another..
I admit I have not done any troubleshooting yet, but here are the symptoms..

The windshield wipers when in the "intermittent" setting will act like the Lo-constant setting. However both Lo and HI setting work just fine. You do have to hold the lever down a little, (aka jigglin’ the knob) to get the wipers to stop sometimes..

With this said, Do you think this is the intermittent relay, OR the column mounted multi-function switch/stick-lever or maybe something else?

I am probably going end up checking everything next time Im off work, but if you’re a betting man or woman what would you check first?
