940 regina or bosch fuel injection

I have a 1993 volvo 940 wagon. Have to replace the oxygen sensor. How can i definitivly determine if i have regina or bosch fuel injection, to buy the correct oxygen sensor. Is there a very easy visual way to tell? I know there are different types of fuel pumps etc, but anything you can see easily to determine which type? Thanks for any help.
