Any idea how to resolve problem with water in fuel ignition ecu harness connector? 200 1990

When I started diagnosing my no start problem last month, I mistook the fuel injection ECU for the ignition ECU. At that time, I found ice in the fuel injection module lower connectors. I dried out everything, and put it all back together.

I took it apart again today, and again, I have lots of water in the wiring harness, and just a little in the actual module where it connects. It's warm enough so it isn't freezing.

I had a bottle of water tip over while I was trying to diagnose it, so the carpet is wet.

However, I don't know if my water issue a precipitation problem (running down the wiring harness) or a condensation problem that it's somehow getting inside the plastic connector. It was fully reassembled and resting on the dry plastic floor mat while I was away.

Weather here was very warm while I was away, and now is freezing or close to it since I've been back. Taking the car inside is not an option to dry the carpet out, so I've been stacking rags on it and changing them out.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
