Well I did replace the vacuum lines, figuring it was a hose that was hard and leaking when cold, no go. 28F this AM and it was still un-responsive, fine yesterday when it's warm, or it was yesterday.

What are the odds of the control module having become temp sensitive in it's old age? I suppose I could check the solder joints on it.
