sliding floor mats

OK, it's a minor anoyance, but I'm tired of every floor mat I have scooting around and getting under the clutch and break pedals. One of my VW's had gromets in the back of the mat and a anchor peg screwed into the carpet (not through the body) that kept those mats in place.

I'd like to find a set of those anchor pegs and gromets, but can't find them anywhere.
Any ideas?
