How to get foglights and low-beams working together 700 1989

On my Australian 740 turbo, the foglights can't be used with the low-beams. The fogs shut off the moment you switch on the low-beams.

How can I wire the foglight switch so that I can have both sets of lights on at the same time? My low-beams aren't exactly very bright, hence the desire to have my foglights act as supplementary lighting.
