OBD-1 code interpretation question (ignitiion system) '2-2-4' , '1-4-4' 900 1994

My wife's 945 turbo (140K miles) occasionally stumbles and looses power momentarily. This has just started happening in the last month. I read two codes from socket 6:
2-2-4: 'coolant temperature sensor fault. Control unit assumes engine is at 60 degrees C (140 degrees F)
1-4-4: 'load signal missing (from LH control unit). Control unit assumes the engine is at full load.

My question is about whether one of these problems is likely trigger the other code. For example, if my coolant temp sensor is faulty, is it likely to cause the LH control unit to not operate properly, thereby causing the 1-4-4 code.

The FAQ states the causes of the 1-4-4 code as: bad fuel injection relay; faulty wiring from LH to EZK; bad LH module.

The causes of the 2-2-4 code are: faulty wiring or engine coolant temp sensor.

Both the fuel injection relay and coolant temp sensor are easy to replace, and I will do that. If I have a bad LH module, where is that located? Is that the one behind the kick panel on the passenger side footwell?
Also what is the EZK, and where is it located?

Thanks in advance for any input.
