Hi
I have started to change the timing belt which was overdue . I have removed all belts and am trying to remove center bolt. I tried a 1/2 " drive with a pipe over it for leverage .Car is manual so stuck it in 4th gear, hand break on and tried manually couple of times but then thought of using crank power.
I removed the HT wire from ignition coil and stuck the 1/2 drive with the help of pipe under the driver side from below.Cranked the car,It cranked 2-3 times fine then got stuck. It now refuses to crank, nothing happens.
Battrey as such look good if I switch on headlights they are bright . Do not have mutimeter if battrey needs to be checked .Car's voltmeter (range 10-15 )shows above red zone at about 12 volts What else it can be . Neither the bolt got loose. Ask me the wrong way of doing things.
