Here's how I'm thinking of finishing my badging, front and rear:



I had the gold "V" replated (in silver/chrome), and have the "Volvo" for the trunk plus a spare "-444-". Based on all the documentation I've read, provided by Cameron Price, I'm thinking I'm correct for a 44408, or 444 LS. Does this look to be correct?

Also, I was wondering how I should refinish the mesh grille? It is currently painted black and needs to be redone. I was thinking of having it bead-blasted, then painting it a nice stainless-steel (Rustoleum) color? Any thoughts?
