Here is what I did on the grille and badging on the front of my 444L. The grill was painted with a silver (aluminium) rattle can paint followed by several coats of Krylon crystal clear to tone it down and make it live a bit longer.
The rear badging on mine is much like yours except the "Volvo" script and the 444 emblem are on the lower left of the trunk.
