M410 conversion questions 140-160

I'm sure that this has been addressed before but I'm curious, what are the benifits of mating an M410 to a stockish B20? Where all the 160 manual transmissions M410's and what is required to adapt them? I ask because I currently have a BW35 in the 144 and I found a 164 with a manual transmission being parted out. would the pedal assembly swap in or would I need to source a 140 assembly?
