I have a 1991 240 sedan with an automatic transmission with 105.000 miles. The battery is strong and the electrical system appears to be charging fine. The car has run flawlessly for the last 4 years till today. The last two times I started the car there was a chatter in one of the relays that are located behind the dash air vents just above the radio. The starter also stumbled a bit when the relays chattered but the car did start. Now when the key is turned the starter does not make a sound, no starter rotation or selenoid clicking. I am sure that this is simple. I am reading my Bentleys and troubleshooting. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks
Dale
