16 valve idler pulley from marine engine 700

HELP!
I have stumbled upon a big problem with my replacing of my 16v head on the 745.
I bought a used 16v marine head and had it cleaned and valve job done.
ALmost done and have discovered that the timing belt idler pulley bolt hole on the passenger side of the engine is 10mm, the driver side, as well as both on my original (automotive) head, is 8mm.
Can't mount the pulley!
Obviously I can get a bolt to fit, but I need a pulley (53mm diameter)with a 10mm hole.
Anyone know where to get old Volvo Penta marine parts? Or a way to reliably re size the hole in the head?
