Audio amp no longer works- is it fused? 900

Hi guys,
Today I plugged my new simoniz waxing tool into the lighter port of my father's car and the fuse blew. It killed the lighter and the stereo. I replaced the fuse, got the stereo back, entered the code, but the amplifier is no longer active. All I here is a tiny bit of sound out of the dashtop speakers. My question is, is there an in-line fuse on the power feed to the amp, or is there a fuse right on the amp that might be blown? Or is the amp fried and now I need a new one? :(
