do 960s have a history of A/C problems? 900

Evening all.
I need your help. I have my eye on a 1996 960 wagon at an excellent price. But the owner says the A/C blows lukewarm air and he doesn't know why. I've heard that 850s and 940s have a history of coil problems inside the dash (condensor?). Does the 960 have the same history?

Before I drive 200 miles to look at this wagon, can you think of any particular problem areas I should be aware of?

Finally ... do any of you in the Atlanta area know of a reliable Volvo mechanic I could take this car to for an inspection?
