window rollers 140-160 1969

While getting new door panels done I thought I better deal with the window rollers. Over the years they have begun to put a streak line on the window. My question here is would be smart to fine-sand the grime off the roller or are new ones the way to go? If new ones are the answer, does anyone have a source? Are aftermarket rollers ok?
