How wide ? (wheels for 81 Bertone) S90-V90

Have an 81 Bertone that we are wondering what size tire/wheel combo will fit with the least mods possible .
Have some eighties Vette alloy wheels that would look great but 15x8 might be a bit much ? I know I know have to change the bolt pattern . I'm o.k. with that. Thanks in advance
