Idles at slightly low RPM and a bit rough after timing belt change 700

Hello,

My manual turbo 740 idles at slightly low RPM (750) and a bit rough after timing belt change.

I feel that after the timing belt change it now idles a bit slow and a little rough. I did not change the timing belt my mechanic did and he does good work.

Is this possible that the timing belt change gas affected the ignition?

Do I recall correctly that maybe I should remove the battery cable to let the ignition control unit reset and then reconnect battery cable and have the ignitioin control unit readjust itself?

Maybe it was not the timing belt change at all I cannot be absolutely certain.

Any thoughts?

Dean
