67 120 model how reliable 120-130

I have a chance to get one of these for around $400 which runs, needs new clutch slave cylinder installed, is in car, and has had extensive work on front steering etc.done. Is one of these likely to be a good daily driver. I am just got through completely dismantling a 64 544 to try and put together with a 62 544.
so I have a lot of usable parts for a 544 I assume engine and transmission are the same.
Would many parts be interchangeable/ The car has new glass.
