Bad fuel injectors? 200 1979

Howdy all. I have a 79 242DL. I'm the second owner and I've owned it off and on for 20 years. Basically it's made the rounds in my family and now that it needs work, I have it back! Anyway, it had been sitting for a couple of years by the time I got it back. Miraculously it started and ran - even on the old gas! Unfortunately, after awhile it started running poorly. It is not firing on all cylinders. I drained the gas and refilled with new, changed the fuel filter, tuned it up, and still no good. I have it narrowed down to not firing on cylinder 2 and 3. It has spark, but no gas. Can I assume the injectors are clogged? Can they be cleaned or do I replace? Thx~!
