Clutch Cable Replacement 700 1986

Have to replace the clutch cable on my 1986 740 GLE. There are two manufacturers GEMO, which is what I currently have. And BECK ARNLEY. Would the BECK ARNLEY one be better for adjustment, I always had to fiddle with the GEMO one periodicaly as it would slip?
