Hard Jerk When Upshifting From 1st To 2nd 900

95 944T with 129.4K miles.
Did a trans fluid flush with walmart dexron III about 10 month ago.
The hard shifting still persists. I almost could hear a "BANG!" when it upshifts from 1st to second. NOt so much from 2nd to 3rd. Other gears seem fine.
What would you, guys, suggest?
Will adjusting trans cables help any? What about trans mount?
I've heard/read it's and easy thing to change but how much effect on shifting does it have?
