shutter sensation when accelating 900 1993

I have a 93 940T s/wagon (181K) & 92 740T s/wagon (221K). I'm perform intermediate level mechanics & have reconditioned the majority of wearing parts in electrical, mechanical & fuel injection; attempting to bring the car back to +/- 40K status. The issue today is a shuttering sensation when accelerating from 0 speed forward.I thought it was the u-joints, so I replaced all (3) & the center driveshaft support mount bushing & center bearing w. OEM Volvo 2K ago. That didn't solve it. I've also improved the suspension: completely rebuilt the front mcpherson struts & rear shocks with KYB-GR2. Plus, new IPD front/rear sport springs, upper plate/bushing & bearing mounts, dust boots, etc. Plus, IPD front & rear anti-sway bar package w. neoprene bushings, front Myle I-links, outer tie-rods, lower ball joints, zimmerman front/rear rotors & brake pads. Front end professionally aligned. Tires are near new Michelin MX 205x60x16 & balanced. Replaced front motor mounts with hydraulic set & transmission mount. The car steers straight & brakes correctly. I bought an IPD bushing full set, believing this could be the solution; trailer, torque rod, traction bars. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated. I'm thinking that possibly the driveline angle is off when I modified the suspension. But this issue existed to a lesser extent when I bought the car w. 155K. It was a one-owner, dealer maintained & I retrieved all service records up to 135K, when traded-in. This shutter is truly more noticeable my 92 740T swagon when hauling weight in the rear deck, but nowhere near the level of 93 940T swagon. The 93 is under any weight condition; unloaded or loaded. Please assist. Thank-you, Phil
