240 rear quarter window

I've done a bit of searching the forum, and I couldn't find the info I need - so hopefully you can help me.

Awhile back, my 1990 Volvo 240 rear quarter panel window was broken and the trim ruined. I finally found one for a fair price on ebay with trim, and now I am trying to figure out how to install it.

It looks like some sort of one time use rivet is used to hold the trim on. Is this something I can replicate? Also, what type of sealer do I need to use to hold the glass into the car frame?
