Hello guys. I have a 1989 240dl. The trunk lock has been broken since I got the car and I'm ready to fix it. I can put the key in and turn the lock. But then when you put your thumb on the key/button it will open. I cannot figure out how to get the lock out to take a look at it. There seems to be 3 bolts but when I take those out the lock part will still not come out. If it matters the central locking on the car does not work. I care far less about getting that fixed but if someone has some pointers on getting the central locking working I will take a look at it. Main thing is to get that trunk to lock. Thanks for the help.
