Windshield Wipter Motor Help - Those Magnets 200

Hey All,

So I read in the archives that if your wiper motor makes a cement mixer type of noise, one of the magnets probably came unglued from the motor cover. I pulled the cover and sure enough one was loose.

Problem is, I pulled it in the dark and I can't figure out which way to glue the magnet back on. There is a wear in pattern...which way does the wipter motor turn? Any idea on how to glue it back in right, does it matter?

I can take a picture of them magnet if it helps.
