Subframe bolts - check them 200 1989

I have been thinking lately about the shaking my steering column does at just over 80 mph (for test purposes only, of course) and knowing that the tires are new and balanced and the suspension gone through and all worn parts and bushings replaced, I decided to check the 4 front subframe bolts this weekend. Huge difference! I feels like I added subframe connectors or strut braces almost! Very worth the 5 mins. with the torque wrench. I only needed to turn them 1/2 to 3/4 turn to get the 55 ft/lbs. IIRC, only one did not budge when I went to tighten it. If you live in the rust belt, you may not want to attempt this, but my Tennessee car has no rust issues to contend with. COME DOWN HERE AND BUY ONE OF THESE BEFORE IT ENDS UP AT THE SALVAGE YARD AND CRUSHED! RUST FREE CARS ARE GOING TO WASTE DOWN HERE! I'm from Ohio, so this makes me sick!
