Weird idle, bogging after tuneup 200 1989

I have an 89 244, and it's had some weird issues in the past. It occasionally does this bogging down thing, where it seems to slow down more and more when you step on the gas - but if you shut it down and restart, it is fine. It has also stranded me twice in the past 2 years with similar behavior that led to a stall, with no restart for several hours - but then it worked fine.

This weekend, I decided to tune it up. New plugs, wires, cap & rotor, air filter, cleaned the throttle body, and new RPM sensor (this was my latest theory on the problems above). When I started it up for a test drive, things were... weird.

The idle seems strange now, and drops pretty low after acceleration. The bogging is also back, and even worse - while coasting at about 25 mph, I could feel the rpms drop. It also threw a check engine light, but the self-diagnostic box is giving me 1-1-1. I checked for any hoses I might have unplugged, or sensor wires that I could have knocked off, tried swapping a spare AMM, intake accordian hose, and throttle position switch, but it's pretty much the same or worse.

Any ideas?
