Rear End Conversion to a Limited Slip 700 1985

Major PROBLEM...trying to determine what rear end is in a 700 GLE Turbo Diesel with an automatic ZF 4HP-22. I know that the gear ratio is 3:91 and am wanting to convert over to a Tru Tra posi. I was led to believe that the rear end was/is a Dana 30 which would take a Tru Trac PN-912A411.
Does anyone have an answer/solution??
