burned exhause valve 900 1996

just did a compress test on all cyl turned out the #2 cyl has a bad burned exhause valve and also has 0 compresson on that cyl. the dealer wants $3300 to do a head job.does that sound rite? what would be a cheaper way out thanks.. 1996 960 with 161000..
