1991 940 turbo 180k miles stage 0 stock.

So my car has become chock full of problems over the past 5,000 miles and im not sure if i should call it quits on her or what. Another thing that sucks, is some of these things wouldnt be a problem if i had time to work on my car, but i dont. Im a full time student and dont even have a spot where i can work on my car unless i take it to my moms. And its starting to get cold in chicago. So far this is what i think my car needs...

-struts
-u joints and center support bearing
-for some reason the speedometer just quit, will diagnose soon.
-eats oil like its its job, really bad crank case pressure. PCV box is clear.
-smells like antifreeze when i gun it
-im guessing the above problems might indicate a bad head gasket? compression test showed one cylinder 30 psi below the rest
-strange groaning and creaking coming from the vents

I dont know what i should do with her. She has treated me so well for a long time, but i started having all these problems when she hit around 175K. I might want to sell her soon, but im not gona get squat with all these problems. Any idea or opinions? If i do decide to fix these, in what order should i tackle them?
