M41 Overdrive Transmission? 140-160

I was wondering if anyone had an M41 overdrive transmission, drive-shaft, o/d switch, etc. in good condition that he/she might be willing to part with? If so, please feel free to post and leave contact info. Also, please let me know how much you would need for the parts.

This would need to fit into a 1970 142S. Therefore I would need a trasmission designed to fit a long gearshift lever--not the short, remote lever.
