Re-Ring Question 444-544

I should probably never attempted this but it's too late now. I decided to tear down and rebuild my 1965 544 B18 engine. I pulled the pistons out and measured the cylinder bore with my digital caliper. I checked the manual specs and they appear to be either bored .20 over or worn .20 over. There is no cylinder ledge and as I looked deeper into the engine I noticed that the camshaft says "Made in America" on it. So I'm guessing the engine has been rebuilt, which leads me to think that it has been bored .20 over. My question is, do I need .20 oversized pistons and rings, or just rings? Remember, "There are no stupid questions."
