Front brakes 700

I need to attend to the front anchors on my 92 740 wagon. Squealing at low speed and high pedal pressure. Assume I will need calipers and pads, maybe rotors (but no pulsing).
I believe there are 2 brake manufacturers for this car? How do I tell which one and advice on best sources - thanks.
