As many of you know fcpgroton is a great website to buy foreign car parts at very reasonable prices. Recently, due to an incorrect listing I was sent a part that was very similar but not exactly the right one. So similar was it that I thought I could make it fit by altering it. One alteration led to another until I completely ruined the part.

I did not feel I had a strong case for a refund as I had nothing but scraps to return to them but I did want to inform them of the problem to prevent it from happening to someone else. Once they determined it was indeed their error the person I spoke to, Chad Ealden, offered to send me the correct part anyway, no charge, and I didn't even have to ask. In short, another good reason to utilize this company when parts are needed for your Volvo.
