I mean the one on the throttle body (?) that is near the rubber elbow connected to the air cleaner. It is brass, with a small tube projecting up for a rubber hose. There is a long,hard thin black tube nearby, flopping around, that seems to go to a tank by the drivers side headlight. Cruise control stuff?

I'm concerned about a vacuum leak and plugged the brass fitting. Seeking enlightenment...
