My 89 245 with 246K on it is starting to steer harder. It appears to be the pump or the rack, the belt tension is fine, and so is the fluid level. What is the easiest method to determine which it is? I actually somewhat suspect the pump since when idling with the cap off I don't see alot of fluid movement.
