Penta interchangability 444-544

I picked up a used oil pump on ebay. Since it looked a little different from my old B18 pump and had a different supply tube, I just assumed it was a B20 pump. It seems to fit pretty well in any case. I was going through eBay a little while ago and found this http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=350168361976&sspagename=ADME%3AB%3ASS%3AUS%3A1123&viewitem=
Now I'm wondering if the pump I bought wasn't from a Penta. Are the B18 and B20 parts interchangelble with the Penta marine motor?
