My daughters 80 242 failed CA evaporative emissions test.
It appears that some hoses in this system have been disconnected or altered.
It had what I thought was an open vent hose coming out the top of the fuel tank and just dangling near the fuel pump.

Then I found this black hose with a red stripe (see pic) coming up from the evaporative canister and is disconnected.
Any idea which hose this could be and where it should go?
