fuse box under hood? 200 1993

Is there a fuse box under the hood of a 1993 240 wagon? This is obviously in addition to the one inside the car on the driver's side.

If so, where is the listing for the various fuse specs/amps and their purpose?

***Do any fuses, inside the car OR under the hood control the instrument cluster lights (brake light, SRS, engine warning, etc.) My instrument cluster only shows a few lights upon starting the car, then NONE.
