Hi. I'm looking at ipdusa.com Overdrive Relay (white), part number cd3523804, for $45.10. The IPD relay is pictured with a label identifying it as a MELL (?) from Germany. I am also looking at fcp groton online, selling same part number (CD3523804) relay for $29.95, which they say is manufactured by KAE. Just wondering about the difference, if any, other than $15 cost. Also, there's lots of shipping options. Generally speaking, what's the general time frame between ordering your parts and receiving them at lower mailing cost options?
