How do I get my vent windows to stay open? 444-544

Hello All,
Now that many us will be getting our cars back on the road after the long winter, I have a question. Since we don't have a/c in our PVs our vent windows are pretty important to keep us cool in hot weather. Howver, mine just flop closed from the wind.
What's the secret to adjusting our vent windows so they will stay open, even under wind pressure?
